Their Story
Since 2020, Amdocs, a global telecommunications company, has been running The Great Indoors, a podcast that started during the COVID-19 pandemic. The show set out to uncover how the cultural shift and rapid changes around how we’re educated, where we work, and how we’re entertained are shifting the way we conduct everyday activities like banking, shopping, and even healthcare.
The Amdocs team had just wrapped up season 1 in 2020 and was looking for ways to improve quality, reach new audiences, and retain listeners for The Great Indoors.
Goals & Objectives
The Amdocs team approached Quill to support them in creating more high-quality seasons of the show, continuing to discuss the impacts of technology in the wake of a global pandemic while reaching new audiences and retaining current listeners.
Quill helped to improve the brand storytelling and quality of the podcast while also implementing marketing campaigns to reach new audiences.
The Quill team took on the post-production process for the series, implementing new solutions for sound design to guide listeners through the conversations between the host and the guest. Quill also created a custom Audience Growth Strategy for the podcast including PR, awards ceremonies, paid advertising, and podcast contests that have proven to be an incredibly effective strategy as the podcast is now a multi-award-winning show in its 7th season.
